Programming the 4078V003
- Wake the keypad: hold # until the red and green lights come on (5 to 6 seconds).
- Set your code: * 0000 * new code * (up to 8 digits).
- Press Learn on the opener once, then enter your code, *, and the code again.
Keep the serial number label from the keypad: you need it to reset the code. Mount it at least 5 ft high, never on the door.

Which Sommer keypad do I need?
Match the keypad to your opener's frequency. Synoris and Direct Drive openers made after mid-2012 are 310 MHz: use the 4078V003 or the 4079V000 Telecody. evo+ openers are 922 MHz: use the S10358 or S11098 Telecody. Older 315 MHz Synoris keypads are discontinued. Sommer says the transmitter light is red on 310 MHz and green on 315 MHz.
