The LiftMaster 001A3982 (also 1A3982) is an operator cover that encloses the whole operator. LiftMaster lists it for MH, H and GH operators and for MAXUM 700 and 1200 series wall-mount operators. The enclosure is 31.2 in long, 19.2 in wide and 18.3 in deep.
Why use it
- Protects the operator from dust, debris and accidental contact.
- LiftMaster's MAXUM manual requires an operator cover (this one or COVERDC) when a heater kit is installed.
Before ordering
- Check your operator model on its nameplate, and measure the space around it against the enclosure size.
- Wiring should be done by a qualified technician, with power to the operator turned off and locked out.
