The LiftMaster 71-1550B16QGH is a 16-tooth sprocket kit with a 1-1/4" bore and 1/4" key, from LiftMaster's MAXUM sprocket range. LiftMaster recommends the 16-tooth kits for sectional doors with 4" drum diameters only. Same kit with the other bore: 71-1550B16LGH (1").
Which sprocket?
The door sprocket's tooth count sets the door speed and the operator's pull. LiftMaster's MAXUM sprocket kits:
- 16 tooth: sectional doors with 4" drums only (1" bore, 1-1/4" bore)
- 22 tooth: 700 or 1200 operators on sectional doors
- 32 tooth: 700, 1200 or 2200 operators on sectional doors (1", 1-1/4")
Match your door shaft size and the sprocket the operator manual calls for. Install by a trained door technician.
