North American SilentDrive openers use 315 MHz (the 7560 and 8560 have a 3-band 315/426/469 MHz receiver). European Hörmann remotes on 433 or 868 MHz (BiSecur) won't work. To add Hörmann remotes to a gate or another operator, use the HE1 315 MHz receiver.

Hörmann garage door parts
Hörmann doors use a center hinge in the middle of each joint and a numbered roller holder at each end, so the parts are different from most American doors. The door model on the label tells you which parts fit.

Hörmann parts FAQ
Do you sell Hormann garage doors?
We sell genuine Hormann replacement parts for Hormann garage doors, not complete doors. For a new door, contact a Hormann dealer. For the door you already have, we stock hinges, roller holders, hinge kits, bottom seal and torsion springs sized to your Hormann model, plus parts diagrams for each door model.
Which remote works with my Hormann SilentDrive opener?
The HSE1 (1 button) and HSE4 (4 buttons) work with all five SilentDrive models: SD5500, SD7500, SD8500, 7560 and 8560. The HS4 and HSM4 work with the SD5500, SD7500 and SD8500. The FCT3B wireless keypad works with all five. Hormann's European 433/868 MHz BiSecur remotes don't work with North American SilentDrive openers.
How do I program a Hormann remote?
On an SD5500, SD7500 or SD8500, press the P button on the opener once (twice to program the light button instead). Within 20 seconds, hold the remote button for at least 1 second about 3 ft from the opener until the LED flashes fast. On a 7560 or 8560, start radio learning from the opener's PRG menu, then press the remote button. Full steps for every model: Hörmann programming guide.
What's the difference between the SD7500 and the SilentDrive 7560?
The 7560 and 8560 are Hormann's current SilentDrive openers. They have a 3-band radio, Bluetooth for the BlueSecur app, EngageLock and a different wall control (PB3-1M). The SD5500, SD7500 and SD8500 are the older models; their boards, wall console (PB3) and belt kits are different, so check your model on the label of the opener head before ordering.
My SilentDrive SD7500 died. Can I replace just the head?
Yes, while stock lasts. Hormann has discontinued the SD7500, but we have a limited number of SD7500 replacement heads that use your existing rail, belt and accessories. If the head is fine and only the electronics failed, the D437634 board is a cheaper fix.
How do I find my Hormann door model?
Look for the label on the inside of the door, usually on the edge of a section or near the bottom. It shows the model (for example 2100, 3200 or 4200) and the size. That model tells you which hinge kit, seal and springs fit, and each model has its own parts diagram page on our site.
How do I order torsion springs for a Hormann door?
You don't need to measure the old springs. On our Hormann spring pages you choose your door model, width, height, track radius, struts and windows, and we work out the springs from the door's weight. Use the single-door page for single-car doors and the double-door page for doors 12 to 20 ft wide.
Where can I find a Hormann garage door parts list?
Each Hormann door model and SilentDrive opener has a parts diagram page on our site with its parts list: open the Hormann parts diagrams page and pick your model from the door label or opener head. Parts we stock are linked from the list.
Do you have a Hormann garage door price list?
We don't sell complete Hormann doors, so we don't have a door price list; door prices come from your local Hormann dealer and depend on size, model, insulation and windows. For the door you already have, every Hormann part we stock (hinges, roller holders, hinge kits, bottom seal, torsion springs, opener parts and remotes) shows its current price on its product page.
